A motorcycle crash in Orem, Utah on Interstate 15 left one man critically injured. The accident happened on the I-15 Northbound on Saturday, May 30 at about 2:45 p.m. The man was riding with his 17-year-old daughter when they crashed after traffic slowed near University Parkway reports the Salt Lake Tribune. The motorcyclist could not slow down fast enough, so he sideswiped a car resulting in the crash.

The man was not wearing a helmet and suffered a severe head injury. He was flown to University of Utah Hospital. His daughter was wearing a helmet and suffered minor injuries. She was taken to Utah Valley Regional Hospital.
